Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines Guarantee your Campsite
To guarantee your campsite, a deposit equal to at least your first night will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation.
Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 541-536-7596 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are NOT acceptable.
RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify Newberry RV Park by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
PARK RULES & POLICIES
The rules and regulations are set in place for the safety and security of all our guests and staff. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate ejection from the park. These rules and policies apply to all tenants and guest of Newberry RV Park.
SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH
Children NOT recommended due to lack of child amenities.
All campground buildings are non-smoking and are alcohol free.
Late Check-out will be charged $25.00. (unless you have permission from the manager for late check-out)
Check-out after 4 PM is charged for full day.
Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it.
Please be courteous of the other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through other campsites is prohibited.
No installing clothes lines allowed.
No space heaters allowed.
No generator use permitted to be used in the park, except for emergencies per manager.
No open fires are allowed.
No AGGRESSIVE pets are allowed!
You are required to pick up after your pet.
PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
Pets must be inside your RV when you are not in your site.
No tying up pets to your RV or our trees or posts, unless you are with them.
Pets are not allowed in any building.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM.
Unidentified vehicle will be towed away at owner's expense.
No visitors after 11 PM, unless they are registered with the office.
Park your vehicle within your assigned space. DO NOT PARK IN SITES OTHER THAN YOUR OWN.
Check with office should you need temporary parking for your guest or an additional vehicle.
Each RV space can have a maximum of one vehicle and one RV.
No vehicle washing without a permission from Newberry RV Park Office.
No RV repairing, maintenance or oil changing allowed onsite.
No let or sublet allowed.
No dishes, utensils washing in the restroom allowed.
The Park offers a laundry facility for your use. Change machine in laundry area. Please do not wash pet beds or rugs in the wash machines.
Management reserves the rights to move you to another space if needed at no cost to the park.
Newberry RV Park will not be responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Place garbage in designated garbage areas.
Storage of items underneath or anywhere outside of your RV is disallowed.
Please help keep the park clean.
We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate your stay with Newberry RV Park for violation of rules and policies.
Failure to renew for an overstay is cause for your RV to be towed at owner's expenses.
If you have door mats that are on any grass areas, door mat must be moved every day.
Deteriorated or inoperable RVs are not allowed in the park.
Check with park office for information concerning guest parking.
Due to danger of injury , skateboards, motor scooters, motor bikes etc. can not be operated with in the park boundaries.
*Please refrain from high bandwidth activities such as; Skype, Vonage, Magic Jack, downloading large files, YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc… *
Please keep the Wi-Fi function turned off and disable your automatic software updates unless the device is in use. This includes
• Smartphones
• Tablets or Readers
• Laptops
This will interfere with the Wi-Fi while other guests are trying to use.
